The Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital offers a dynamic platform for students to engage with industry leaders, develop practical skills, and deepen their understanding of private equity and venture capital.
The center hosts a range of co-curricular programs, including speaker series with top industry leaders, hands-on workshops, conferences with engaging keynotes, and panels that allow for networking opportunities with alumni and professionals. The programs are designed to enrich the learning experience and help students explore career paths beyond the classroom, build meaningful connections, and stay on the cutting edge of industry trends.

The Tuck Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference is presented each February by the Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital and the Private Equity and Venture Capital Club. For 20 years, Tuck and Dartmouth alumni, students, faculty, staff, and members of the greater private equity and venture capital communities have gathered in Hanover to discuss current issues in private equity and venture capital and forge new connections.
Tuck Emerging Markets Conference
April 4-5, 2024
The Tuck Emerging Markets Conference explores the impact of broad macro-level challenges and opportunities within emerging markets – exploring the impacts of COVID-19, the cultural context of relevant markets and their business implications, and how to navigate these markets and collaborate with key actors from entrepreneurs and other relevant stakeholders.
Virtual Summit on Ag and Food Tech
April 23–24, 2024
The Virtual Summit on Ag and Food Tech, is hosted by the Tuck Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital in collaboration with the Tuck Food & Agriculture Club. This online conference focuses on current trends and issues in food, agriculture, and technology. VSAFT brings together some of the most influential people and organizations pushing this space forward to accelerate the spread of knowledge, create new connections, and generate ideas.
National Security and Innovation Conference

The Tuck National Security and Innovation Conference will be held at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, NH. The conference focuses on early-stage venture capital, government innovation, and academia, specifically exploring the areas relevant to national security, including cybersecurity, energy, defense, and space. Conference participants will attend breakout sessions throughout the morning and will participate in small group sessions and a startup demo day in the afternoon. The goal of the Tuck National Security and Innovation Conference is to convene early-stage startups, venture capitalists, academics, and government officials in conversation around the ways in which government, academia, and early-stage ventures can support and strengthen the national security mission.

Dartmouth-Tuck Real Estate Conference
November 7–8, 2024
The Dartmouth-Tuck Real Estate Conference aims to foster community discussion on the latest trends and opportunities in real estate and finance. Inspired by the Tuck Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference, the annual conference features engaging panel discussions, keynote addresses by industry experts, and networking opportunities. Dartmouth and Tuck alumni, students, and faculty are all encouraged to attend.
